Registration Information

Welcome to Norfolk Public Schools!  Thank you for visiting the Kindergarten - Fifth Grade registration page for W.H. Taylor.  Please use the links below to access registration materials and information.  To complete your child's registration, parents are asked to bring the following documents to the school, 

• Birth Certificate (original or certified copy)
• Proof of address (Utility Bill, Lease, or Mortgage Statement)
• A school entrance physical completed within the last year
• Immunization records
• A picture ID for parent/guardian completing the registration
